Do you want to take better photos? Next time you're out and about with your camera try these simple tips.

1. Look your subject in the eye :: when taking a photo of someone, try holding the camera at their eye level. 
2. Use a plain background :: look at the area around the subject you're photographing, and check there's no trees growing from their head! 
3. Use flash outdoors :: on sunny days when taking people pictures turn on the flash as it will help to reduce shadows and lighten the face.
4. Move in close :: try taking a step or two nearer your subject and zoom in. Your goal is to fill the picture area with the subject you are photographing. About one step away from your camera is the maximum for most cameras otherwise your pictures may be blurry.
5. Move it from the middle :: try moving your subject slightly away from the middle of your picture to get a more interesting photo.
